Our room was a decent size and cheap, with new furniture and a jet tub. The location was great, close to restaurants, Trader Joe's, the cable car, Pier 39. We enjoyed dinner at Panda Dumpling nearby.

I have just returned from an awesome stay in this small hotel, with big rooms. The location is great for exploring San Carlos. The place is a 20-minute walk to the heart of the city. The restaurant is good, with very good and courteous staff.

The breakfast here is amazing, especially the homemade waffles. 🥞 This place is in a great spot, close to San Francisco. Plus, there's a movie theater just 2 miles away if you feel like catching a flick!

The hotel is located near a Trader Joes. This is very convenient. The room is clean and spacious.
The hotel is near a highway and is noisy. Needs sound-proof windows. The management is not always friendly.

Front desk attendant/manager was not friendly. He was put out by my request for a copy of the final bill in the morning. The continental breakfast was inadequate and didn't start until 7am, which is too late for business travelers. The "very beautiful room" which I was given had multiple windows that were broken and would not shut completely.
